How To Make Your Reservation
For any request and reservation please fax full name of your agency, address and number of participants expecting. Dusolt travel & tourism will give you a deposit due date up to which time space is tentatively held.
Tour Cost
All net rates given by Dusolt travel & tourism are in Euro and based on cost, tariffs, charges and tax as of present time September, 2013 up to the end of 2014 - and become subject to change without notice in case of rate changes by suppliers.
Not Included
Air fares to the tour arrival points and from tour ending points as well as airport flight taxes, fees, etc. All items of a personal nature and items not included on regular menus, wine or liquor unless otherwise indicated. Health-, accident-, baggage- or tour cancellation-insurance. The tour cost of any package does not cover expenses if a passenger leaves the tour at his own volition, or due to illness or as consequences of an official action by any European government of its country visited.
Reservation & Payment
With each booking a deposit is due of Euro 50,00 per person and final payment is required 30 days prior each arrival date by Swift Wire/ Bic-Code to Dusolt travel & tourism, unless otherwise agreed in booking contract. Any booking without full payment at this time may be subject to cancellation without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Should it become necessary to cancel your booking, given notice must be made in writing directly to Dusolt travel & tourism. The following charges will apply after booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in contract:

The tour arrival date constitutes the date indicated on our confirmation. Cancellation fees also apply to accommodation extensions reserved prior or after the tour. Dusolt travel & tourism strongly recommends to purchase a Tour Cancellation & Interruption Insurance at home and time of booking.
Travel Documents
For all tours a passport is required and must be valid for at least six months after tour ends in Europe. Dusolt travel & tourism can not hold responsible for required visas, permits, health requirements or any other documents requested by European laws.
Itineraries
Deviations to planned itineraries as shown may occur although every effort has been made to keep itineraries as presented. However, in such cases Dusolt travel & tourism makes sure locations visited and excursions taken will be of similar. There will be no refund for such itinerary change. Dusolt travel & tourism also reserves the right to substitute itineraries, hotels and other included services due to conditions beyond control.
Diets
Every effort will be made by Dusolt travel & tourism with meals and menus to meet international taste. Please advise of any specific dietary consideration and everything will be prepared by hotels being used.
Electricity
Most hotels in Europe supply 220 volts. If customers wish to take along their own hair dryer, an electric razor, etc., a volt transformer and/ or an adaptor will be needed.
Tour Director & Driver
Customary gratuities to our experienced and English-speaking Tour Director throughout land and to our well-trained motor coach driver are not included and are subject to clients´ satisfaction at end of tour with services received.
Smoking Policy
On all motor coaches smoking is not permitted. However, each day various stops are available for sightseeing or for taking photos providing opportunities for smokers.
Responsibility
All package tours represent the entire agreement between tour participants and Dusolt travel & tourism as the Incoming Motor Coach Tour Operator and will be responsible to all tour members for supplying a modern motor coach with all facilities and accommodation as described in itineraries. All services which are part of each tour, except where such services can not be supplied because itinerary has been changed due to delays or other causes of any kind or nature behind our control. In those cases we will do our very best to supply comparable accommodations and services using an appropriate itinerary. There will be no refund in such cases. The responsibility of Dusolt travel & tourism and of its representatives is strictly limited to the performance of services as shown in itineraries. Accommodations, boat cruises, tickets, vouchers or receipts issued are subject to terms and conditions specified by independent contractors. Dusolt travel & tourism can not hold responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties and hold free of responsibility for any injury, damage or loss resulting from any cause including strikes, fire, acts of government or authorities, riots, theft, epidemics, medical or custom regulations, quarantines, delays or changes in schedules. Moreover, no refund can be made by Dusolt travel & tourism for missed meals, excursions, sightseeing or for any other missed services which is part of the itinerary.
